Moving to your Betty AI account doesn't necessarily mean starting from scratch. Depending on the app and the email you use, you may be able to bring your existing chats and projects with you.

There are two ways to do this:

• Migrate your account: Move supported content from your existing account into Betty's company workspace.
• Copy selected work: Bring over only the chats, projects, instructions, and files you need.

Choose the section for the app you use: ChatGPT, Claude, or Claude Code.

Before you start

Save a backup and the work files you need before confirming a migration.

Export your data where possible, download important files, and check that you have everything you need. A backup keeps a copy of your work; it does not recreate the same account elsewhere.

This matters because both ChatGPT and Claude have migration steps that can permanently change or close the original personal workspace.

Make sure you're only using company-managed tools approved for the data involved. Never enter passwords, authentication credentials, or other secrets.

If a full account migration isn't available, or you want to leave personal content behind, you can transfer the context manually. This applies to all apps.

For each important chat in your original account, ask:
