• They possess the intellectual rigor and curiosity to look at problems through multiple lenses.
• They can manage multiple flight paths across different time horizons (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and shifting priorities.
• They have the awareness and humility to admit when they don’t know something and ask for help.
• They are proactive, consistent and concise communicators.
• Above all, they understand at a visceral level that business is all about people, and they have the ability to spot and attract exceptional humans.
