Equipment and tools

On Day 1, the IT team will provide you with your work equipment and help you get set up.

You will typically receive:

• Laptop
• Monitor
• Mouse and keyboard (upon request)
• Headphones (upon request)

During your onboarding session, IT will help you set up the core tools we use:

• Google Workspace
• Slack

Other core tools include Notion, which you can set up yourself.

Additional software (e.g. Microsoft Office) can be provided upon request.

IT good practices

To help protect company systems and information, please follow these basic guidelines:

• Lock your computer whenever you leave your desk, especially in shared spaces.
• Do not share your passwords or reuse them across services.
• Be cautious with suspicious emails or links, particularly from unknown senders.
• If something looks unusual, contact IT before opening attachments or clicking links.

You may also be asked to complete occasional IT security or compliance training.
