Welcome to the Betty Wiki!

This is our single source of truth – the place where we document how we work, make decisions, and get things done.

Wiki structure

The Wiki’s ‘backend’ is a single database of articles.

The Database lives in a secure location to avoid accidental edits.

On the ‘frontend’ the articles are displayed in collections, which are filtered and sorted views of the database.

The Wiki homepage is organized into five main collections which group articles by topic:

• About Betty → who are we, what we do, and how we got there
• Values and Principles → our mission, vision, and values
• How We Work → processes, methods, and frameworks
• Guides and How-To → tools and practical tasks
• Templates and Checklists → reusable tools to get things done

At the top of the homepage there is also a link to a special New Employee collection that includes articles which can help you get set up quickly if you are new to Betty.

The Wiki collections are not an exhaustive list of articles.
